Jeff Mohl:
Jeff started Alternatives Insurance Agency in the 1970s, merged with Lakeview Insurance Agency in 2009, and joined our new and expanded team. Jeff’s many personal and business customers at Alternatives now are his clients at Lakeview Insurance Agency.

Carolyn Greenwood, CIC, AAI:
Carolyn has been a valued member of the Lakeview Insurance Agency team since 1980. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and an Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI). Carolyn specializes in apartment and condominium buildings, as well as personal lines of insurance.

Andy Dolliff, CIC:
Originally with Alternatives Insurance Agency, Andy is now part of Lakeview Insurance Agency. In the insurance industry since 1993 and with a young family of his own, Andy is attuned to the insurance needs of new parents and homeowners. A Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), he also loves to tackle the complex insurance issues that businesses face today.

Jennifer Andre:
Jennifer has been in the insurance business since 1997 and joined Lakeview Insurance Agency in 2005. She is a “producer,” who provides customer service and sales assistance to our personal-lines clients. Jennifer completed a series of courses to earn an INS, a certificate in general insurance.

Marie, an agent who joined Lakeview Insurance in 2009, has more than 20 years of experience in customer/client relations. She focuses on personal lines, life and health, and uses a common-sense approach to help clients make sound insurance decisions.

Yolanda Elizalde:
Yolanda has been in the insurance business since the late 1980’s and has been with Lakeview Insurance Agency since 2006. She is a customer-service representative who focuses primarily on commercial lines of insurance. Yolanda speaks English and Spanish.

Monika Kraus, CISR:
Monika, who joined Alternatives Insurance Agency in 2000, completed a series of courses to earn a CISR, which designates her as a Certified Insurance Service Representative. At Lakeview Insurance Agency, Monika is a customer-service representative specializing in commercial lines of insurance.

Doris is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), as well as a Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR). She has been in the insurance business since 1987 and has been part of Lakeview Insurance Agency since 1988. An insurance agent who specializes in personal lines of insurance, Doris speaks English and Spanish.

Kathy Peterson, ACSR
Kathy, who joined Lakeview Insurance Agency in the summer of 2009, has more than 15 years of insurance experience. An accredited customer-service representative (ACSR), she is very experienced in client services and account management, focused on commercial lines of insurance and always looking for ways to serve clients better.

Linda has been in this insurance industry since she joined Lakeview Insurance Agency in 1994. She is a customer-service representative who focuses on personal lines of insurance and specializes in billing issues for our clients.

Howard Schuff:
Howard joined the insurance industry in 1974 and has worked with Lakeview Insurance Agency for many years – developing employee-benefits packages for companies and arranging large individual policies for life, disability and long-term care. Howard has served on advisory boards for national health-insurance carriers and has worked with graduate students in the Health Industry Management Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
